This Privacy Policy explains how Prept360 collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use our app, website, progressive web application, and related services.
By using Prept360, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
We may collect the following categories of information.
This may include your name, email address, username, password or authentication credentials, subscription status, account settings, authentication tokens, login activity, and related account information.
This includes information you choose to enter, upload, import, generate, or store in Prept360, such as to-dos, notes, planner entries, goals, grocery lists, routines, wellness entries, fitness entries, preferences, affirmations, AI chat inputs, AI-generated outputs, and other personal content.
If you use calendar features, connect Google services, or use calendar synchronization, backup, or export features, we may collect and process calendar-related information such as event titles, dates, times, recurrence information, descriptions, reminders, calendar settings, and related calendar data.
Prept360 currently includes a Calendar Backup feature in Settings that allows users to export calendar events as an .ics file.
If you choose to enter health, fitness, nutrition, wellness, habit, affirmation, or routine-related information, we may store and process that information to provide the features you use.
You should not enter sensitive medical information unless you are comfortable storing and processing it in the app.
Prept360 uses or may use location-based features, primarily for Tension Trails and related map, trail, route, and fitness-station functionality.

You may be able to disable location permissions through your device or browser settings, but some features may not function properly without location access.
We may collect technical and usage information such as device type, operating system, browser type, app version, IP address, crash logs, diagnostic data, pages or features used, session activity, notification status, feature usage, and general usage patterns.
Analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider's retention settings, which are currently expected to be 30 days for the applicable plan.
If you purchase a subscription or paid feature, payment information may be processed by Stripe or another payment processor.
We generally do not store full credit card numbers.
If you enable notifications, Prept360 may process push notification tokens, subscription identifiers, notification preferences, and related technical information needed to deliver web push or device notifications.
Web push notifications may rely on platform services such as Google, Apple, browser vendors, operating system providers, or other notification infrastructure.
If you contact us for support, we may collect your email address, message content, screenshots, attachments, account details, and other information needed to respond.
If Prept360 allows users to submit feedback, location pins, ratings, votes, photos, descriptions, support tickets, routes, trail details, or other submissions, we may collect and process that information to operate, improve, moderate, and support the service.

We may share information with vendors that help us operate Prept360, such as hosting providers, application infrastructure providers, cloud storage providers, analytics providers, payment processors, authentication providers, calendar providers, customer support tools, crash-reporting tools, email delivery services, app performance tools, database providers, artificial intelligence providers, map providers, and push notification providers.
These providers are authorized to process information only as needed to provide services to us.
If you choose to connect or use Google-related features, Google services may be used for authentication, calendar synchronization, calendar access, or other supported integrations.
Your use of Google services may be subject to Google's own terms and privacy policies.
Prept360 uses or may use OpenAI or other artificial intelligence providers to provide AI assistant features, chat interactions, personalized affirmations, affirmation audio, recommendations, summaries, natural-language processing, personalized coaching, or other AI-powered features.
Information submitted to AI features may be processed by AI providers as necessary to provide the requested functionality.
You should not submit sensitive information to AI features unless you are comfortable with that information being processed to provide the feature.
If you subscribe or purchase through Stripe or another payment provider, those providers may process payment, subscription, refund, and account-related information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
If you enable notifications, Prept360 may use web push notification services and platform notification services, which may include browser vendors, operating system providers, Google, Apple, or other notification infrastructure, to deliver notifications.
We may use analytics, diagnostics, crash-reporting, or performance tools to understand general usage patterns, fix bugs, improve features, and maintain reliability.
These tools may collect technical and usage information such as device type, app version, crash logs, session activity, notification status, and feature usage.
We do not authorize analytics providers to access your private user-generated content for their own advertising or marketing purposes.
We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, legal process, government request, or regulatory requirement.
We may disclose information if we believe it is necessary to protect the rights, safety, security, or property of Tension360 LLC, Prept360, our users, the public, or others.
If Tension360 LLC or Prept360 is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
If this happens, we will take reasonable steps to protect user information and notify users where required.

Prept360 may use cookies, mobile identifiers, software development kits, analytics tools, pixels, crash-reporting tools, push notification tools, or similar technologies to operate, secure, analyze, and improve the service.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before relying on them.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect user information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.
These safeguards may include encryption, access controls, authentication protections, secure hosting, monitoring, backups where implemented, and restricted access to user data.
However, no system is completely secure.
We cannot guarantee absolute security.
We also cannot guarantee that user data will always be available, preserved, backed up, synced, exported, or recoverable.
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials, device access, and copies of information you consider important.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Prept360, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, maintain security, and operate our business.
User content is generally retained while your account remains active.
Analytics data is currently expected to be retained for 30 days under the applicable analytics plan.
Deleted records from data tables may remain restorable for up to 30 days, after which they are permanently removed, subject to legal, technical, provider, and backup limitations.
If you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period unless retention is required or permitted for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, backup, dispute-resolution, or legitimate business purposes.
If backup systems are used, backup copies may remain for a limited period before being deleted or overwritten.
However, Tension360 LLC does not guarantee that backups will exist, that backups will include all user data, or that deleted, corrupted, unavailable, or lost data can be recovered.
Prept360 includes backup-related functionality for certain user data and calendar-related features.
Existing or planned backup-related functionality may include user data backup, calendar backup, and a DataBackup-related system.
Prept360 currently allows users to export calendar data through the Calendar Backup feature in Settings, which may allow users to download calendar events as an .ics file.
Calendar exports may not include all calendar data, recurring event details, metadata, reminders, attachments, integrations, or provider-specific information.
Prept360 may or may not provide general export functionality for all user data.
You are responsible for maintaining your own independent copies of important information.
If you create a Prept360 account, you may delete your account through Settings or by contacting customercare@tension360.com.
When your account is deleted, we will delete or de-identify associated personal information unless we are required or permitted to retain certain information.
Some information may remain temporarily in backups, logs, service-provider systems, deleted-record recovery systems, or business records before being deleted according to our retention practices.
Deletion may be permanent and irreversible.
Tension360 LLC does not guarantee that deleted data can be restored.
Prept360 may be used by users in multiple countries and may support multiple languages.
If you access Prept360 from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate.
By using Prept360, you understand that your information may be transferred to countries that may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
If we make material changes, we will notify users through the app, by email, or by another reasonable method.
